Coach Switzer invites you to "Barry, Bella & BBQ"

Beloved former Sooner Coach Barry Switzer and Becky Switzer cordially invite you to an evening of fun and fundraising for The Bella Foundation SPCA. What better way to celebrate, fund and benefit faithful canine friends than with Barry, Bella & BBQ?

According to their website (http://tinyurl.com/jmqu6pd), “Guests will be welcomed into one of the most beautiful new homes in Oklahoma City where they can tour the property while enjoying catering from Head Country BBQ.”

There will also be a raffle and silent auction items signed by the Coach himself, as well as a chance to talk with Barry and Becky about the importance of animal welfare in our community, “…or of course football!”

No animal deserves to be tossed aside as garbage, which is why Becky and Barry are animal rights advocates with a passion for rescuing abused and neglected animals.

“We would like to sell 400 [tickets]. Just getting to tour this gorgeous 15 thousand square foot home is worth the ticket price!” Jeremy Busche, president of The Bella Foundation SPCA board, told The Gayly.

For their fundraiser, all proceeds will be given to the Animal Adoption and Veterinary Assistance programs of The Bella Foundation SPCA.

This evening of exquisite company and finger-licking good barbeque will be on Saturday, April 23, from 5 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $100 and additional donations are always accepted. In fact, thanks to a generous donor, each donation will be matched up to $5,000, doubling the generosity for animals in need.
