Deck the Walls 4” x 4” art sale and auction
Are you looking for an original holiday gift that helps support local artists? The Paseo Arts Association (PAA) proudly presents Deck the Walls, an art sale and fundraiser offering original artwork, sized for any wall, and priced for any budget. All of the work in the show will be 4” x 4.” Silent bids will begin at only $30 per piece. The event takes place on Tuesday, December 10, from 5:30-8pm at aka Gallery, 3001 Paseo.
Last year’s artists included popular local favorites Michi Susan, Regina Murphy, Trent Lawson, and many others. This year’s work promises to bring works by many of the same artists, as well as some new participants. Artwork will include paintings, photography, sculpture, and glass.
In addition to being a place to find a unique gift, the event is also a great way for people to begin their own art collection, or to purchase work by well-known and emerging local artists.
Artists have the option of donating a 50% commission to the PAA, or donating the full sale price. All proceeds will go to support PAA arts events year-round, including juried shows, the Paseo Arts Festival, and educational programs.
Deck the Wallsis free to attend, although donations will be accepted with proceeds going to support the PAA’s arts events year-round. Seasonal refreshments will be served during the event. Please make plans to join us!
