Just Crazy Enough screens in OKC March 15 thru 17 at Museum of Art
(Oklahoma City) – Just Crazy Enough, a comedy which was co-written and directed by OKC deadCENTER Film Festival Executive Director Lance McDaniel,screens at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art Friday, March 15, through Sunday, March 17.
The film stars Saturday Night Live veteran Chris Kattan.
Just Crazy Enoughis a family comedy about twins separated at birth: one a psychiatrist, the other a life-long mental patient. As fate would have it, the Doctor gets called to the institution where his brother is a patient where he and his brother switch places.
The film was produced with an all Oklahoma crew led by co-writer and producer Sean Lynch, who runs the film studio for OCCC. The film’s score was composed by Steven Drozd of the Flaming Lips. In addition, the film features several outstanding Oklahoma actors from stage and screen, including Johnathan Beck Reed, Desmond Mason, Eleanor Threatt, Donald Taylor and Jason Padgett.
Just Crazy Enough sold out both premiere screeningsat the deadCENTER Film Festival. It played opening night at the Los Angeles Comedy Festival and the Golden Door International Film Festival in Jersey City; won Best Narrative Feature at the Tulsa United Film Festival; and Best Director at the Trail Dance Film Festival.
Just Crazy Enoughwill screen at 5:30pm and 8pm on Friday and Saturday, March 15-16 and at 2pm on Sunday, March 17. Each screening of the film will be followed by a Q&A led by the director and various cast and crew members. Check the Museum website for more details: www.okcmoa.com/see/films.
