AIDS Walk OKC funder March 15 features Sonja Marinez

The AIDS Walk of Oklahoma City will hold its first fundraiser of the year on March 15th. This fourth annual event will be hosted by OKC's own Sonja Martinez and will be held at Partners in OKC.
The entertainment lineup includes Sonja Martinez, Alison Scott, Nelle Neptune, Keaton Zane Page with Roxie Hart, Bebe Adams and Raven Del Ray.
The AIDS Walk’s ‘famous’ strong Jell-O shots will be served as well as selling AIDS Walk t-shirts at the event.
This year, the annual AIDS Walk/5k run/Pooch Parade will take place on September 22nd, 2013 downtown at the newly renovated Myriad Gardens. Last year saw the addition of a new event, The Pooch Parade, which was a huge success. There were 30 dogs participating in the costume event.
The AIDS Walk 5k run will then take place at 9am next beginning at the Bricktown Ballpark. Each year this event continues to grow. Participating runners will be welcomed at the finish line by the OKC Thunder Girls.
Be in on the fun early at Partners on March 15 at 8:30 pm, for the annual kickoff fundraiser. All proceeds benefit the AIDS Walk of OKC. Reservations are strongly recommended by calling (405) 942-2199 to reserve a table.
