As the medical marijuana industry grows in Oklahoma, many new business owners are concerned about the handling of their money.

Federally marijuana is still illegal and therefore banks won’t store or protect cash exchanged between marijuana distributors and customers.

However, Chris Collier seeks to change this issue.

Collier is the owner of Green Line Security and told NewsOn6 he would utilize his armored cars and armed guards to open a bank for medical marijuana business owners.

“We are going to be operating a traditional bank branch with real vaults so people feel comfortable about their money being protected,” Collier said.

In addition to offering revenue protection, Green Line Security is also offering their services to legal grow operations.
